the staff were affable, cool hotel. the rooms were all perfect and brand-new with comfortable beds and the ipad. the location was marvellous, located to shinsaibashi shopping complex. i was happy to find chibo, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property and served nice food.

that was nice hotel set in good area, right by america mura, supermarket, and a lot of restaurants nearby. the room was quiet and practical with comfortable beds, had a good night's sleep. there were an electric kettle and a fridge. it had very central location close to american village.
